In 2023m Liam was invided to re-create a work for the 2023 Taiwan Lantern Festival.  He made a new site-specific work based on his 2018 Ngan Wat: Treasure Hill.  It was installed for 3 months in an outdoor public space in Taipei, Taiwan.
